This folder is the WebGL2 city — no runtime dependencies. Generated Lagos-shaped
map, cars, peds, missions, radio, wanted, day/night. Pavement albedo/normal/ARM
are CC0 Polyhaven (see `assets/environment/NOTICE.md`).

Native PC and other cities are funding targets, not this folder.

## Play

```

Open `index.html`. Keyboard + mouse, gamepad, or phone landscape.

## Save

`localStorage` key `streetone_save` (falls back to older `heavensgate_save`).
