STREET
ONE
A free browser demo of one city. Drive, walk, shoot, take a short story. Phone landscape, desktop, or a pad. No login. Donations optional. Native PC and consoles are funding targets, not a ship date.
Open fund
$25,000
first public target. Live totals publish when Bachs reporting is wired.
The demo is free. Money is optional. Donations settle through Bachs — cards, mobile money, bank, USDT/USDC.

Cities
Lagos is the demo. Cairo, Paris, London, and Shanghai are not in this build and are not a promise on this page — funded later maps, if the public list pays for them.

See what we can do
Closed studios spend years before you touch the stick. Street One ships a playable city tonight — source in the zip, no store, no season pass.
The aim is a free open-world game that grows in public: more streets, better systems, then a native PC build, then a console path if the fund and the licenses exist. We have not shipped those later steps. This tab is the proof.
AI-built, community-owned, MIT. If the money never comes, the city still compiles. If it does, we spend it on the public target list — in that order, in public.
Play in the browser
Phone in landscape with on-screen stick. Desktop WASD. Generic gamepad. Same Lagos build.
Source in the zip
WebGL city and a smaller Godot street slice. MIT. Keep a fork.
Native is a fund line
No Windows or Linux download yet. Consoles need a passing build and licenses — not a store date.
What you can play right now
- A generated Lagos-shaped map — Island, Surulere, Isale Eko, Lekki, Apapa, Yaba. Not a scan.
- On foot and in traffic. Steal a parked car. Police heat. Day, night, rain.
- Gun shop, credit office, a short story, courier jobs, synthesized radio.
- Landscape on a phone. Keyboard on a PC. Stick on a pad. Same build.
- That is the demo. Free. MIT.
The public target
Donations are not a pre-order. The game is already free. Hitting a line item below is how we choose what to build next.
$25,000
Keep the proof public
The city you can play today stays free. Bugfixes, source, credits for every Spark.
$80,000
A denser city
More interiors, more vehicles, better AI. Same public engine. Not a sequel — the same streets, grown.
$250,000
Native PC
Windows and Linux builds of the playable city as it exists then. The Godot street slice is a separate, smaller prototype.
$750,000
Consoles and online
First-party export path, pad-first controls, drop-in sessions. Store approval is earned, not assumed.

Said plainly
We have a procedural browser city — traffic, a wanted level, missions — plus an older Godot street slice. We have not shipped a live-service shooter, a console build, or a native installer.
Console ports need first-party licenses and a passing build. PC natives are closer — they come out of this same Godot project. If a target misses, unspent money stays on the next public line.
Questions
- What is Street One?
- A free, MIT-licensed open-world demo. The playable proof is a procedural Lagos in the browser with driving, shooting, a wanted level, and missions. Native PC and consoles are funding targets, not SKUs we already have.
- Do I need a Grok account?
- No. Anyone can open the site, play, and donate with an email. There is no login wall.
- Can I play on a phone?
- Yes — turn the phone sideways. Left stick moves or steers. Drag the right side to look. On-screen FIRE, AIM, JUMP, and E. Desktop and gamepads use the same city.
- Is the game free?
- Yes. MIT license. No season pass. Donations are optional and settle through Bachs.
- How do donations work?
- Enter a receipt email, pick an amount, and Bachs takes the payment. Money goes to the public target list: keep the demo alive, denser city, native PC, then the console path.
- When do consoles ship?
- After a funded native PC build and first-party approval. We will not invent a store date.
